Shania Twain shares emotional news that brings fans to tears

The country music artist has signaled the conclusion of an era as she disclosed the imminent conclusion of her Let’s Go! Las Vegas residency. She will conclude her two-year tenure at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood in September.

In an emotional message shared on social media, she expressed her anticipation of the emotional farewell to her residency and urged her fans to make the final run memorable.

While Shania had previously mentioned having only a few shows left in December, the news still appeared to catch many of her devoted followers by surprise. Fans expressed mixed emotions in the comments section, with some pleading for an extension of her residency, while others reminisced about the legendary shows and expressed sadness over their impending end.

Shania’s remaining shows are scheduled for August 26 to September 10. Ticket holders will have the opportunity to enjoy some of her greatest hits, including “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!,” “You’re Still The One,” and “That Don’t Impress Me Much.”

This announcement follows her recent recognition with the ACM Poet’s Award at the 15th Annual ACM Honors in Nashville, an honor presented to a country music songwriter for their exceptional and enduring musical and lyrical contributions to the genre.

Despite her global fame and successful music career, Shania remains humble and often reflects on her remarkable journey in the industry. She fondly recalls the moment she realized her album “The Woman in Me” had achieved Diamond certification in the United States, marking shipments of 10 million copies and solidifying her status as a country music icon.
